EFFECTIVE SEPT.2011

New Massachusetts law on oil line upgrades

September 2011  Massachusetts has a new law to address oil leaks from home heating systems ( Chapter 453 of the Acts of 2008).  This new law will require the home owner to upgrade their oil line if it is not done already.  Below is a link to mass.gov website, which will have all the information you need to know.
